Obei products are cosmetic products intended for topical use. They are designed to support the appearance and feel of your skin. Obei products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

5. Orders
When you place an order through our Services, you are requesting to purchase the products in your order.
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation lets you know that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.
We may need to decline or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including when a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or product information, we suspect fraudulent activity, or we are unable to process payment.
If we cancel or make a significant change to an order, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you using the information you provided.

Prices shown on our website are subject to change.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed when you place your order and will be reflected in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.
Promotions, discounts, and special offers may have additional terms. If the terms of a specific promotion conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable amount for your purchase.
7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, orders may be delayed because of shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your package arrives damaged, appears to have been opened, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at hello@obei.skin promptly.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology platform that allows us to offer our Services.
Your purchase is a transaction between you and Obei. Shopify provides the platform that supports our store but is not responsible for the products Obei sells or for the transaction between you and Obei, except as required by applicable law.

However, because everyone's skin, preferences, circumstances, and experiences are different, we cannot guarantee that:

- a product will produce a particular result;

- a skincare tool, quiz, recommendation, or other educational feature will produce a particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses that result from your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of the Services.
This provision does not apply to the extent that the applicable claim or loss was caused by Obei’s own conduct to an extent that cannot legally be shifted to you.

22. Waiver and Entire Agreement
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we are giving up our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and any other policies specifically incorporated into these Terms, make up the agreement between you and Obei regarding your use of our Services.
